Why is the card image not shown?

Why is the card image not shown?

There are a lot of questions like this in this forum but I cannot tell why the card images are not displayed in App.

For example (there is also a largeImageUrl but I have edited out):

 "card": {
        "text": "SOME TEXT",
        "image": {
          "smallImageUrl": "https://www.oredein.com/alexa/abc/images/small_card.png"
        },
        "title": "SOME TITLE"
      },

The Headers are set as well (see screenshot):

Any help appreciated.

Problem solved after cleaning cache from Alexa App.

Thank you for the answer. Yes. I have implemented and set up everything according to the documentations. Is it possible to check somehow if the cors is set up properly?
