Am I allowed to display product images and details within my app with product advertising API?

I am in the process of building an app in which I would display certain Amazon products (with details and images) which I would fetch with amazon product advertising API. I am wondering if I'm allowed to display third party content in this way and if it is against any kind of policy?

I would publish this app on Amazon marketplace and Play store.
