Slot types not available to other regions?

Slot types not available to other regions?

Is there a reason why certain slot types are only available to US and not other other countries? (i.e. AMAZON.artist). That means that if we want our skills to be available to other regions we will have to create custom slots?

The Alexa Speech Team is working to make all Developer Preview Slot Types available to all regions.

For the moment to use the BuiltIn Slot Types in the other regions, you'll need to create a Custom Slot with similar values.
