I've already published two skills, the AMAZON.HelpIntent works just fine for those two. I've created a 3rd skill but the help intent is not triggering if requested after the welcome intent. After the welcome intent I leave the session open but when I say 'help' I'm getting the default Alexa help (see below) instead of the one defined by my skill. Anybody else having this problem or know how to fix it? I can't get my 3rd skill published because of this. Thank you.
Help that I'm getting: "I can help you with specific questions. For example, how do I connect bluetooth? Or to learn more about what I can do, take a look at the things to try section in the Alexa app."
Note: It works as intended if I use the text simulator in the developer portal, but using a device I've noticed that the request is coming back as a TroubleshootIntent instead of a HelpIntent. I've accounted for this in my code but it doesn't seem to be going back to the intent handler.
