When I try to download my app onto my device (AFTN, FireOS 188.8.131.52(NS6210/397), 184.108.40.206-007) I get an Install Failure dialog that is displayed. It also states that it has been corrupted and cannot be installed.
I poked around in logcat and saw this error: E/AmazonAppstore.Install/InstallRequestVerifier: The package could not be parsed. This leads me to believe there is something in my AndroidManifest.xml that it does not like. Is there a way to get more info on what specifically it didn't like?
Now I can install the app on the device using ADB and everything works fine.
Also, I can install the app just fine on an older fireTV stick (AFTT, 220.127.116.11(587444320), 18.104.22.168-264) using LAT.
My question is why won't it install on this newer device? How can I get more info on what the install failure is?
