Problems applying for AWS Alexa Promotional Credits

I've tried applying for the AWS Alexa $100 promotional credits multiple times.

Every time the application form submits and then reappears a second or two later with empty fields. I don't receive any confirmation EMail and have received no AWS credits.

I tried entering a few weeks ago so the quoted five days before confirmation EMail received has elapsed. I have multiple live skills and all my submitted details were correct.

I am located in the UK and have a UK Amazon acct if that makes any difference.

One of my skills is incurring S3 bucket charges due to the volume of users, I was looking for the AWS credits as a way of removing those charges. I'll pull the skill if I can't get the credits sorted as I'm not going to fund a skill going forwards.

I've deleted all cookies, cleared cache etc and retried multiple times with the same effect.

Help!

I am also having the same error. I just correctly filled out the form, have a published skill and I'm getting this.

Hi all,

Thanks everyone for your patience in getting this fixed. The form should be functional again. Please let me know if you notice any remaining issues. During the current process there will be no confirmation email, but that should be set up within the next few days as well.

I tried that initially but got referred to over here! I will raise another case. I am still experiencing the issue, just tried again with the same outcome.

Received an update to my support ticket, I'm yet to verify that the application page is fixed.

"Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. The issue should have been resolved now. Please note that at this time no confirmation email will be sent, although that should be implemented within the next few days. Please let us know if you notice any other issues."
