I don't want to sound like a moany old man, but helloooooo?
Remember the UK and DE?
They are two countries you launched your devices in a year ago but are constantly being forgotten about.
Amazon are trying to get UK/DE developers on-board with "Alexa Skill Workshops" happening all over the UK in the coming month, as well as the EU webinar. Which is great.
But when they do start getting into it they find there is much that isn't relevant because it is not supported. Or they try to follow guides that don't work because the region issue was not considered at all.
The ask-cli is a great example.
Make a new Skill in the command line, woohoo! but we only make for en-US english users, and we will only upload it to us-east servers.
I find it hard to believe that not one person who worked on the project didn't think "but what about if a user wants to use another language or host it on one of our other regions?"
So please sort it, fix it or document the workarounds. Thanks
