Alexa Lambda received two different input at the same time.

We have created a Alexa Custom Skill and finished configuration. But recently, our Alexa Lambda will receive two different input at the same time each time. The first one returns with 'xxx..code=ER_SUCCESS_MATCH...xxxx' , and the second one returns with 'reason=ERROR, error={type=INVALID_RESPONSE, message=An exception occurred while dispatching the request to the skill.}'. Can any one give me some advise to debug this problem? Thanks very much~

Could you share the full text from the entries in the CloudWatch logs?

Does it happen with every request or just certain ones?
