Getting SessionEndedRequest with Reason INTERNAL_SERVICE_ERROR after delegating

When invoking my skill im getting this request at my REST-Service:

In response to that im sending:

The answer is a SessionEndedReques:

This worked till ca. 1-2h hours ago. The only change i made was to change some CustomSlot-Values.
