However, our team offered the following recommendation which is not required but may improve the experience of your skill:
Users will often get a skill launch word slightly wrong (e.g., for a skill named Translator, users might say, "Launch translate," or "Launch the translator." Your product does sometimes provide error handling for these circumstances ("Sorry, I don't know answer to your question.") But it would be much more helpful if you could offer the user a specific suggestion about what she might say. For example, "Did you mean 'Translator?' Try asking me to launch Translator."
You already keep track of what skills the user has enabled, it seems that you could make a guess about what she was trying to do with commands that begin with "launch," "open," "ask," etc, and offer more detailed guidance.
We feel that this would significantly improve the quality of customer interaction with your product.
