Hi,
I believe that my skill's proposed one-word invocation name meets both of the Amazon requirements below, yet it has been rejected twice because it is a single word.
I used the support forms to request further details on both occasions - no response yet. I also included detailed notes within the test instructions in my re-submission, but there is no reference to this in the second rejection notice, so I can't tell if the team spotted this or if that part of the rejection was automated. I'm stuck. Could someone from Amazon please advise?
The name I'm proposing is my established product name and trade mark, and also a compound of 3 words. It's also the skill name. A "similar" 3-word alternative invocation name would confuse my users, who are all users of the product familiar with the name. Any help appreciated!
One-word invocation names are not allowed, unless:
- The invocation name is unique to your brand/intellectual property, or
- The invocation name is a compound of two or more words.
