I've noticed that over the last 2 months the comments on my Amazon Fire TV channel are not relevant to my channel. For example, they are saying my channel has too many commercials and is PPV. MY CHANNEL is WASK - it doesn't have Adverts and there is NO PPV.
Another example: "Great Seller, Would Bid On Your Product's Again..." But There is NO BIDDING and NO PRODUCTS on my channel:
Other comments mention that my channel "doesn't have a list of films" or the feedback is "I don't know how it works."
Well, SIDELOADER's and KODI/other devices that grab and leach content may just operate in a manner inconsistent to the way Fire TV channels work.
This leads to think that somehow a service like Kodi or a re-broadcaster (like FilmOn)might have found a way to hijack WASK built channels, and then they are placing advertising and/or charging for the content. My Channel is designed and targeted for users of legit FIRE devices only.
If hijacking is not the case, then I ask you to please address my first paragraph -- why or how are people mistakenly commenting on my App? Because, like I say some comments that appear on my Channel's Amazon page should be being posted to another channel, not mine. Or these comments should be posted to the Amazon Fire TV technical staff rather than destroying my channels reputation.
