The third party seller Guddhi Goods had copied my entire Amazon Launchpad page without my knowledge or permission. The seller is selling one unit of my product for an inflated price.
This inflated price has triggered the algorithm on my own pricing to go up in order to "compete" with this new listing by Guddhi Goods. My sales have completely died out as nobody would buy my product for $30 more than retail price.
After countless attempts to reach the copyright department, they have failed to respond with a basic acknowledgement of this predicament. I have spoken with the vendor side of Amazon and they understand my situation, but claim only the copyright dept. can help me with this issue. I am a very small start-up selling just this one product, so this has been damaging to my business. Has anyone experienced anything like this? It has been infuriating to say the least. @Leia@Amazon
