I have a few questions regarding the FireTV's ability to play audio files. While I've got it playing audio files fine and it has good support for formats, what about the following?
1. It appears from the API that it cannot handle playlists - is the management of this to be left to the casting application? With this in mind, is there a size limit to the meta-data that can be sent with a media item?
2. When playing an audio file, using the seekToPosition has to effect. I'm using the ABSOLUTE time call. The device receives the request, the on-screen position indicator jumps to the right position and there's an audible glitch while it attempts to do something, but the track continues to play where it left off which eventually results in the on-screen position reaching the end but playback still going. The media server is also sending estimatedContentLength header along with the media itself.
3.Using setVolume doesnt do anything - I seem to recall reading this in the documentation, but can't find it again!
