Thanks for posting! Please login to your Dev Portal account, click on your app in the Dashboard, then click on "In-App Items (x)" and make sure that all your in-app items have a status of "Live". If they show any other status, it means that they are in draft mode, and hence unaccessible to your app. If you still experience any problems with that, please submit a Contact Us case from within your Dev Portal, and we will investigate.
