IAPs work in Live App Testing, but not in the Appstore version

I am using Unity's built-in IAP plugin, but I believe people here would be more familiar with the logs then on the Unity forums. As the title says, our IAPs are working when we install our Live App Testing build, but not when downloading the live build from the appstore. Are there any differences in environments that could cause this? Thanks!

We submitted a support ticket yesterday after we noticed our IAPs were marked "Approved", but NOT "Live". Late last night our ticket was addressed and our IAPs were moved to "Live" status by support and are working now with our appstore build.

Hi ah,

Thanks for posting! Both Live App Testing and Live/Release environments use the same set of IAP items from Amazon servers. Do you perhaps mean that the app works locally with App Tester and Json file, but doesn't work when it goes live? That would be the most common issue when using IAP, and the reason for that is because IAP items are created, but not submitted (login to your Dev Portal account, click on your app, then In-App Items, and make sure that all of your IAP items have a status of "Live", otherwise they are in draft mode and are not accessible for either LAT or release builds.

In the log file I see "Unavailable product tb_gold_pack_xsmall -tb_gold_pack_xsmall" and similar. Could you please check whether you correctly specified IAP items, both in your Unity project and also in Dev Portal. Thanks!

It turned out to be an issue with our IAP status not being pushed to "Live" after our build was was approved for release.

EDIT: Yes it was with the Live App Testing environment, not the App Tester sandbox.
