We have a very popular skill called Mastermind. We have noticed that very often Alexa interprets a user utterance when using Mastermind as follows:
Ask master mind to get my messages.
Ask Mastermind to get my messages
In the first case (where it hears master mind -- note the space) it does not even route to the Mastermind skill and simply says "I don't know how to help you with that". It's really hit or miss and it seems like the more skills Alexa has, the worse the problem is getting.
There has to be something that Amazon can do to disambiguate the skill name from what Alexa hears. It's not that difficult to disambiguate "Mastermind" from "master mind". We do a lot more complex name matching algorithms in our own skill.
It's getting really frustrating for our users who think that Mastermind is not working when it is really Alexa that is unable to route to our skill in the first place.
