Dear Amazon, we are still waiting, after seven weeks, for your support to respond to our four tickets (through "Contact us") about a critical problem. After initial successful app submission, our further updates are not going through, the app status showing as "Failed" in the Apps & Services page. We have not received any explanation why the submission would have failed, especially as the practically identical first submission went through. All we have got from the support is an auto-response email, so clearly at least you have our email address right.
As a result, we have not been able to update our application nor product information for seven weeks, which is a catastrophic situation. We believe Amazon app store is supposed to be a professional platform.
Please look at, for example, incident number 2082706801 and correct the problem the soonest.
