Dear Amazon developer support team,
please, please, please help us out. Our UK and German users are asking us every day if we know when our skill will be available in their countries. Our skill “amzn1.ask.skill.4f3172e6-44c5-47d8-80c6-72b937020128” was successfully certified for English US. But UK and German certification failed now for the second time with the same message - no online devices when completing the device discovery step. We cannot reproduce this issue or see any logs which would show this issue.
The testing instructions for our skill state that the testing team should use a specified US, UK or German Amazon account with provided passwords for the certification. What we find confusing is that we don’t see any activity of these test users in the logs of our Lambda function. The same function is used by a number of users every day and their activity is logged normally.
Is it possible that the testing team didn’t read the instructions carefully and used their own Amazon accounts when certifying our skill? Please help us out and please respond as soon as possible. Our main target audience is UK, Germany and Austria and this certification process is killing us.
