We received 5 IAPs in one day and all of these IAP where returned (100% return rate!). Is there some documentation on what qualifies a customer for a return and/or information on why these customer(s) qualified for a return? Also, what happens in game when a customer gets a return? Are the items delivered, not delivered, are they items rescinded, are they locked out of the game, etc.?
A bit of extra information, our app has been on other mobile distribution platforms for over 9 months with many time more IAPs than this and we have never seen anything close to this return rate. IS this an outlier or the standard?
