I got a shirt removed randomly last week and was wondering why. Today I received a email from merch by amazon explaining the listing was removed " because of a rights owner complaint about an item that infringes their intellectual property rights." It then goes on to say to contact the rights owner and resolve the issue. Can someone please help explain what exactly infringing on their intellectual property rights would mean so I can respond to the person who sent the complaint. Some background info: All text, no image. Free commercial fonts. The slogan used was not copyrighted or trademarked but their were other shirts with the same slogan. The email given to me by amazon shows the slogan I used in their website url. I am guessing this is why they filed the complaint. Even with this in mind the slogan was not trademarked.
