I invited testers, but none of them received emails. Is there a delay? How do I debug this?
If you've done what WangChao suggested earlier, and still don't receive invitation emails, as a quick workaround for now, when adding email addresses to the Testers list, you can add “+1” before the “@” in your tester email alias in order to bypass such an opt out. Thanks!
Invitations for your Live App Test app can only be sent when your tester's email address is included in the marketing communications from Amazon.
To resolve this issue, please ask your tester(s) to follow this link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/gss/ccp/ and enable marketing communication for Appstore by selecting the option button labeled "Send me marketing e-mail from the following categories" and then clicking "Save".
After setting their marketing communication preferences, the change will take effect starting with the next and all subsequent tests. Therefore, it's best to simply create a new test and the system will automatically email your testers. For an ongoing test, remove the tester's email from the list, and re-add it back -- that should trigger an email invitation to be re-sent. Thanks!
