Is anyone else having problems with shirts stuck in processing? I'm at the 25 tier limit; so every slot counts. I currently have 3 new designs "in processing"-- two from 2 weeks ago and 1 stuck 4 days ago. (One design isn't even showing up in search results. Another shirt is only available in one size and color per gender while only the third shirt is offering all colors and sizes.) It would be nice to be able to edit or delete shirts as needed. I sent an email to Merch support 4 days ago regarding the issue but no response to date.
This leads me to my next question about rotating out non-selling designs, particularly at the lower tier level. It's been suggested by some that designers at lower tier levels might want to consider deleting non-selling designs to make room for new designs after 2 to 4 weeks instead of waiting for MBA's 60-day removal policy to delete them. Any thoughts on this? Obviously, with having 3 of 25 shirts currently stuck in processing, I don't have the option to do edits or delete these particular designs now and I have concerns with deleting any of my present designs that are getting close to 30 days and trying to upload new ones again until this problem is resolved.
