Hey, we have submitted our SmartHome Skill for Certification 4 weeks ago, have resubmitted it 2 weeks ago. (Skill amzn1.ask.skill.7f6efabb-2cba-4e4e-8193-9521fd2d7f6b) Currently we have 120 active betatest users on a Betatest Clone - all happy with the skill. Account linking using oauth, controlling the SmartHome devices, feedback for out-of-range parameters, all is there. A few hundert more users want to use it right away - but they can't as Amazon is not reviewing our skill. We have implemented the Skill 1:1 as required by the SmartHome API, have provided test logins to an active SmartHome System. But we don't see a singly try from Amazon to access it in the CloudWatch logs. Why is amazon just ignoring us? Just because we don't have a Mio$$$ venture capital backing - or is the team just heavily overloaded and skill certification is a lottery game now? This is quite frustrating, seeing all the efforts put into this project - at least on our side... What can be done to make the certification team finally certify our skill? Do others have similar experiences?
