I published my game to the Amazon App Store as a regular app, but later decided I wanted to put it on the Amazon Underground platform instead. There was a notice that said, a 'live' app cannot be submitted to Amazon Underground. So I submitted a request to have the game removed from the app store. Now several days later in my Developer Console under 'Apps&Services' it tells me that my app is 'Suppressed'... although on the 'Review Status' tab under 'Submission History' it hasn't updated to say the app is suppressed, the latest event recorded there is 'Your App is Live'... I assume that will update eventually, although its been about 7 days already... :(
So anyway... I am unable to edit any of the details of my app, and Im unable to submit it to Amazon Underground. The Edit buttons to edit data on the 'General Information' and 'Availability & Pricing' tabs are no longer present... So my questions are:
Am I doing this right? Did I do the right thing by removing my app from the App Store if my goal is to get it on Underground? Why is it taking so long? Or do I actually need to submit a new app and put that in the Underground program?
I submitted a ticket several days ago and Ive heard nothing back.. I little information please?
