Can anyone from Amazon comment on the excessive time it's taking to get a response to the Smart Home skill certification process? We submitted our Smart Home skill almost two weeks ago with no response. Filed a support ticket this week to investigate and still no response from the certification team or the support ticket. In the meantime we've submitted several updates to our Custom Skill and the turn around approval has been 2-3 days.
We've got many customers itching to use our Smart Home skill and we don't know what to tell them as for a timeline.
