I submitted a new version of an application without problem, but its current version appears as Failed in the APPS&SERVICES tab. As this status isn't documented in the Viewing App Submission Status FAQ, I don't know what to do while waiting for an answer to the case #2057350951 I created.
Strangely, the US, DE and UK product description pages were updated correctly, but as I live in France, I can't check if the downloaded product was updated too (even I pay for my own product!).
In FR product page, the description and the downloaded product are still the old versions, and this makes me think that the case #1519073891 mentioned in this thread is still not fixed after... more than a year :(
