Hi,
I published a Skill to tell Echo users about the International Space Station, including which town it is over at the current time.
It's been successful on the UK store, so I extended release to the US Store. I just got my first review from a customer, who gave it a 1 Star review because "It only says that it is over a spot in the ocean without an address". The fact that there aren't any underwater towns doesn't seem to have occurred to the reviewer. I guess he skipped geography lessons at school.
I have commented on his review and told him why you don't get an address when it is over an ocean, but I am left with a 1 star review that will put people off.
How do I deal with this? It is unfair and frankly makes me want to remove the skill from the US store because the skill will get ignored now. I appreciate I won't get good reviews all the time, but surely developers should be able to question reviews that are clearly stupid and affect adoption of their work?
