I have an exciting announcement regarding price mismatching. We’ve read your feedback and have worked diligently to resolve this issue. The team is still working on perfecting their processes, but as of now we have a strong grasp on how to effectivley and effeciently resolve these issues. As a little background for those who are unsure what this is referring to, some people have been seeing that the price that they listed their t-shirt at did not match what the product page was displaying.
What we are able to do now is automatically detect if the price of the shirt on the product page matches what is shown in the dashboard. If the price does not match up it is updated to fix the price. This process can be completed as quickly as 24 hours. If you are seeing your design still has mismatched prices after a 72 hour period, please send us an email with the ASIN or Title of your shirt included so that our team can resolve any stragglers that might get through the cracks and work towards patching up those cracks so new ones are not getting through.
