Can you add more information to the emails informing us that our t-shirts have been rejected?
Since the new "Under Review" policy started, I've had 18 t-shirts rejected. The thing is, these shirts were already live and had been selling for two weeks. I made a simple headline change to all of the t-shirts and that headline change was rejected. How is that even possible when the t-shirts were previously approved? I'm not infringing on any copyrights, there is nothing profane or offensive, and my designs are all original.
Yet, they continue to be rejected for a simple headline change and I'm left scratching my head and playing a game of "guess the violation" with your review team.
How hard is it to let us know WHY our t-shirts are being rejected? If your reviewers decide that a t-shirt is going to be rejected, then at that very moment the reviewer KNOWS WHY and that should be communicated to us. That information should be included in our rejection email. Again, I ask: How hard is it to include the REASON FOR REJECTION?
I know I'm not alone in asking for this request. This is a point of frustration for many of us on the MBA platform and all we're asking is that you help us improve our designs and listings by INFORMING US with the necessary information to do so.
