When he starts the app, it gives him an "internal storage error" message and then flashes "app not owned" and force closes.
I've never run into these error messages before and since Amazon automatically wraps the app with the licensing code, I can't do anything about the "app not owned" message.
He says he's uninstalled and reinstalled the app a couple of times, but it remains the same.
I'm having him check if his internal storage is full. Is there anything else that might fix it?
