Alexa Skill rejection

Hi,

after dozens of attemps the only message we get back from the certification team is:

"Unfortunately, your skill has not been published on Amazon Alexa.

We consider a variety of factors as we evaluate each skill, including the customer experience offered through the skill and compatibility with Amazon Alexa. While our goal is to offer a broad and compelling assortment of skills to Amazon customers, not all skills will be made available on Amazon Alexa.

Please do not reply to this e-mail."

so what is wrong? No feedback. No feedback from the office hours. Really bad support.

Within the that email there should be some link at the bottom that allows you to reply in a separate thread. Be sure to include your skill name and id so they can reply as it's a generic feedback form
