I am unable to progress with the submission and testing of my App due to problems out of my control. I've asked questions via forum and contact us but am getting no responses. I've seen some posts on here that have had a reply from an Amazon employee a month after the post. This worries me.
I'm unable to test and update my App. It's live and requires the Ads to be changed to Amazon Ads. This is very urgent.
In my developer portal I have an Upcoming Version (Pending Action). The review status says the following:-
Amazon Content Policy Skipped. There is no other information. What does this mean?
Functionality Validation Skipped. There is no other information. What does this mean?
I think it means that I didn't put the App update through Live App Testing before submission.
Now I am trying to do that. I created a new test and submitted it but then I saw an email from Amazon saying that my app exceeded the method count limit. I have now fixed that but am unable to cancel the test in order to create a new test with the fixed build.
The test is stuck in Publishing thereby not allowing me to edit or end the test.
What is the best and fastest way to contact Amazon about problems such as this?
This is very urgent. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
