I have two developer accounts one is shared so that I can access my custom skill for both accounts. However, I removed my primary account from my Alexa, and am signing in with my new shared developer account via the mobile app, and I get the message:
"There was an error adding this adult. One of the adults has been in another Amazon Household within the last 180 days and cannot join a new Household"
The sub account failed, and I'm now unable to use my primary developer account on my Alexa, thus I'm blocked.
How can I get around this? Who can I call?
