Not that I am complaining........... I AM. But I have sent a request 10 days ago for reason why my IBAN and BIC will not register, yet they do with APPLE !!!!! I have hand no response from any of the SUPPORT PEOPLE. Anyone at all from Amazon that reads these forum entries perhaps can have a word with your support people to respond
