I have submitted a request (Case# XXXXXXXX) for deleting the whitelist entries for the games we are going to publish on the store. More than a week passed since the initial submission of the request, which we have already repeated a few times, still nothing else than a confirmation that the case is in process. Hi Anshul and thank you for your swift response! Unfortunately only half of the issue is fixed, we've needed whitelist entries to be deleted for two games, only one is deleted so far. Can you please check the entries for game XXXXXXXXXXX as well? As a side question - why you guys don't just allow developers to delete their whitelist entries? I can see it as a security measure, but I guess you can allow deleting before the game gets published. Its not exactly hard ( for me anyway ) to get the IDs mixed up there, and waiting a whole week to fix my mistake is less than ideal. Thanks. Message was edited by: Sachin@Amazon
