It has been my experience in the last 4-5 months that 100% of the white/heather grey/light blue shirts and raglans with white/heather grey backgrounds are being sent out with moderate to severe staining/burns from the printing process. This is multiple dozens of defective products being shipped out. I find this is less apparent in dim/artificial lighting, but becomes very apparent in sunlight. So my guess is the printer is unable to see this issue fully.
I have multiple dozens more examples of this.
Whenever I contact the Merch by Amazon customer service email, I simply get returned a copy/paste reply about applying for a refund...but this doesn't help solve the problem that my customers are losing faith in the Merch by Amazon products since this happens 100% of the time.
Upon reiterating the issue, I am told that my concern will be forwarded up the chain...however we are almost 6 months in and we are still experiencing the same issue on every product sold.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Is the printer aware? Can we expect a resolution at some point in the future so we can more confidently sell these products? Currently I have ceased all marketing of Merch by Amazon apparel because almost every item is being returned.
