Unfortunately I have to comment on this topic. Being a developer for several years now, in the last years the developer support got worse. App submissions take sometimes weeks, even for minor updates. The worst thing is that even asking support takes days to respond, if they respond. I also asked for a direct developer contact, this was ignored. Apps are rejected with templates and without knowing the app details.
Seems that number one for Amazon are their customers, but partners, supplier and developers have to suffer. Really sad.
