I was told to call in and ask to speak to the customer protection review team and they won’t let me, they won’t let me speak to the captive team or anyone outside of customer service! I’ve been stuck talking to the same people for close to 8 weeks now and I beg of someone to help me. They have deleted chats, harassed me, they now call me sir, they discriminate against me and laugh at me like children even on the Amazon app chat forum. I can prove everything and that’s not even the tip of the ice burg. I’m traumatized and they know I’m disabled and refuse to stop. Please someone anyone, help me. I am NOT being scammed I am not exaggerating in the slightest. This is nothing compared to what I’ve gone through.
