I have updated one of my apps on Amazon and the review fails because of the following reason:
- We are unable to test your app as it does not function as intended. The app exits/ force closes/ freezes/ displays an error message after being launched. Please fix the issue and re-submit the app.
This same version is live in Google Play, Samsung store and Xiaomi store without problems; so I have to assume that the methodology/devices that the Amazon's review team uses is very specific and is causing the problem.
I have created a support ticket in order to understand and have more details regarding the error, because right now is impossible to fix knowing only that 'something happened'.
It's been weeks and the support ticket has not been answered. Is there any way to know what is failing? Can anyone from the team reach me to help me understand which issue are they having?
