Can't save changes to NLU/ASR evaluation sets currently

I'm currently experiencing an issue where I'm able to start creating NLU or ASR evaluation sets just fine, but the UI doesn't appear to be detecting changes in the evaluation set model - it never shifts to enabling the Save button, meaning I can't save my changes and use the evaluation set.

Any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated!
