Start a call from code

Good evening, I was wondering if it is possible to start a call from an Echo device to another device or to the alexa application by code. I’d like to create a skill that guide the user with some questions and then start a call to a defined contact. Is it possible through code?

No, it isn't possible to call other Echo devices or make other phone calls through a skill - you can check out the feature request over on our user voice page:
