I am an independent developer and illustrator, and published my app, which only contains my work, in App Store and Google Play. Now I wanted to do same in the Amazon Appstore, as some people asked me to do so. I am stumbling about the same issue as a lot of others in this forum:
I have to state that I have "valid intellectual property rights" - this must happen with "either a confirmation letter from the intellectual property rights holder with a formal signature or a copy of the applicable license agreement".
So, after reading what others have done I send a signed statement where I state that I am the ip-holder and give permission to the submission to the Amazon Appstore.
But I got the following response: "We are unable to accept informal claims of rights."
So my questions to the people who could solve this kind of issue is the following:
What makes my claim informal?
And do I just have to stay persistent and send my statement over and over through "contact us", till it may gets accepted or is there some other way?
