Hey everyone. If there is anyone who can help with this in any way, I'd appreciate it. I'll preface this by stating that I've reached out to Amazon directly a few times over the last two weeks but have only received the generic "we have your message" email with no follow-up. Perhaps they don't have a solution either, but if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. I have desperately tried to figure this out on a daily basis.
I am trying to set up an Amazon Fire channel using the Amazon developer. I am using YouTube as my video host. However, I keep encountering the same problems. First off, most of the videos that I have publicly published on YouTube are not showing up in the developer. Only 3-4 videos (out of 15-20) show up and there is no discernable reason why they are the ones that do. I have tried creating lists, I have tried unpublishing then republishing, I have tried creating another app, all to no avail. The YouTube videos do not show.
Another issue is that I have changed the name on two of the videos that are displayed, but somehow the developer exhibits them using the previous titles, even though these names are nowhere to be found on YouTube itself anymore. (for example, imagine changing video 1 from "Fun at the Beach" to "Sunday Morning" but in the app, it is still titled "Fun at the Beach".)
I have searched endless threats trying to identify what the issue may be, but it is difficult to find info about this in any way whatsoever. So I humbly request any guidance anyone may be able to offer. If there is an online community of savvy developers I should turn to to help figure out the problem, please direct me. Thanks tremendously.
