How do I reply to App Store Reviews?

I'm a new app manager. This is my first time managing an app on the Amazon store (previous iOS and Android experience). I can see my app's reviews by going to Dashboard > Reporting > Reviews. However, I cannot reply to the reviews from there. Is this possible on the Amazon App Store? If so, what are the steps?

This is very sad. Replying to customer reviews should be an essential feature of any app store like Google Play and Apple App Store did.

Can you consider adding this feature back ?

While reviews and feedback are important to our customers and developers, the feature to respond to customer reviews was rarely used. As a result, we retired this feature on 16 December, 2020.

Would it be possible to revive this feature?

Actually, I didn't know about it, but would use it right now.
