I'm trying to reach FireOS dev team to report an issue, but the chat way didn't work at all.
I have an Asus ProArt monitor, the PA32UCX-P that is a Dolby Vision certified monitor.
When connecting the FireStick 4K with the latest FireOS to date, it split vertically the panel showing half side dark and the other bright, when used in Dolby Vision (and the monitor triggers Dolby Vision mode)
-This doesn't happen when an Apple TV 4K is connected (and showing Dolby Vision)
-When resolution is scaled to 1080p, Dolby vision works fine
-Tried all three HDMI ports, with direct connection without any cable extension between.
-Monitor has settings factory resets. No particular options (like local dimming) enabled.
-HDR10 works perfectly at 4K 60p, but once I start a movie in Dolby Vision, it automatically triggers Dolby Vision mode of my display (hdmi metadata) and the issue appears.
-Issue appears also when frame rate match content is enabled
If Amazon can't solve the issue, at least give us an option to disable completely Dolby Vision (as it's not user selectable from settings)
