I'm going around in circles and it seems I'm not the only one by the other messages posted here.
Amazon, is your app support run completely through AI? Not one of my replies has been taken into consideration. All I get is the same non-descript response regarding Amazon content policy being not compliant:
Please provide documentation or google play developer console demonstrating that you have valid intellectual property rights must be either a confirmation letter from the intellectual property rights holder with a formal signature or a copy of the applicable license agreement. We are unable to accept informal claims of rights.
I've begged you to tell me what the issue is. I've told you I own all the copyright to the app and as an author on your KDP programme what else am I supposed to do? You don't ever explain what the problem is and how I can fix it. If there is no issue with copyright at my end how can I demonstrate something that doesn't exist?!
This experience is appalling. Google Play Store had me up and running within x3 days without a hitch. Why can't you communicate like a human being and actually answer our questions?
