I am getting this message "Sorry, I’m having trouble accessing your skill right now" when calling my alexa skill from an echo device. If I test from the alexa console (both US and UK) it works fine
When I check my skill analytics I can see the utterance was successfully detected and that the skill failed. However, when I go to Cloudwatch I can't see any entry in the logs. When I call it from the test console I can see the logs and it works fine.
I would like some guidance on how why I can't see entries in the logs for the calls done to the live skill so I can start troubleshooting.
In my language settings I have both US and UK. I am based in the UK. My echo device is registered in the UK so there shouldn't be a problem with the locale
