My skill - f0018bb9-62f5-4b06-a8ef-94c6769909f8 has been under review for 8 days. It is my re-submission after making changes asked. On my first submission I got replies within a day or two. I am up against a deadline and have no ETA. The logs on Twilio and my CloudWatch are good - no errors. The last of the tests was done on 10th ; ~6 days ago !
Can I please get some ETA than automated / canned emails ? Thanks in advance ! Any other option / recourse is greatly appreciated ...
@net@amazon thank you for your revert. Yes, I know I can see the status in Certification tab - it is " In Review ". In my prior experiences with this skill and others, I have often heard back within days. Here, despite the inactivity in the logs for the last 7 days, there's nothing. I have used the checklist prior to submission and also followed up with " Contact Us " inquiries. All seems to dead end.
I was very hopeful to have this ready before the Alexa-Live 2020 on 22nd. Now, I am unsure.
I appreciate your help and if there is any way to expedite / get me a better ETA, I would truly appreciate it !
