Tonight was the due date for the completion of the review of my Symptom Helper Skill, and I see on the Developer Console that the due date has been extended by 2 more weeks.
I am especially surprised due to the fact that I can see that 2 Amazon reviewers used the Skill to input data into my database on 6/17 & 6/20 and by viewing the Logs in Cloudwatch, it looks like almost all of the Skill's intents were tested by 6/20! I believe the only one left to test involved moving a symptom into a custom list on the Alexa App.
This is the 21st Skill I have submitted & with all the 20 others that were certified, I received feedback well within 2 weeks. For this Skill I have received no feedback. Perhaps staffing has been adversely affected due to Covid?
